Excavation shoring

Excavation shoring

The shores are set up on a supporting wall to absorb the earth and/or water pressure.
They are placed horizontally or crosswise and can withstand a pressure up to 200 tons.

The novelty of this shoring system is that we are dealing here with an active shoring, meaning that the pre-stress can be applied in a calculated and controlled way during the mounting of these elements.

The pre-stress may vary between 0 and 80 tons and may also be applied in stages.

The advantage of pre-stress is that it allows to considerably reduce the deflection of the sections/partition walls and to control, through this technique, the conditions at the borders/edges of a construction.
